Reviewing and arranging interviews with candidates from Hirechain
Reviewing Candidates
The easiest way to review new candidates is in Hirechain. If you do not have access please contact your Account Manager or a colleague who has access to invite you.
To help you review new candidates we collect and display all of the candidate's key details, such as:
- Resume
- Location
- Salary expectations
- Candidate or referrer's answers to the job's Hiring Criteria
We require you to add feedback when rejecting candidates so that we can update the hiring criteria and screening process if required.
Notifications for New Candidates
When you login to Hirechain you will see notifications for new candidates.
You can also enable a daily email notification if you receive new candidates that you need to review. To enable this feature please navigate to your Account Settings.
For alternatives please check out our Integrations or contact your Account Manager who can help you setup Slack, Telegram or ATS integrations.
Arranging Interviews
Currently we support three ways for you to arrange interviews with candidates:
- Supply the candidate's email address - Get the candidate's contact details directly
- Email the candidate a link to your calendar - Send them your scheduling link
- Introduction via email - We introduce you to the candidate via email
All options are quick and easy to use when logged in and reviewing a candidate.
Updating Candidates
If any of your candidates progress beyond Interview you can still use comments on the candidate to keep Hirechain up to date.
Our team will automatically update the candidates to Offer Extended and Hired when relevant.
