Ashby

This integration allows our team to seamlessly push screened candidates into your Ashby ATS. This allows you to easily view, track and manage candidates sourced by Hirechain directly in Ashby.

How it Works

1. Client supplies Hirechain with an Ashby API Key (instructions below)
2. Hirechain connects to Ashby
3. Hirechain pushes screened candidates to their respective jobs in Ashby to the 'Application Review' status. All of the candidate's key information is included.

Setting up the Integration

To setup the integration you will need to supply Hirechain an API key from your Ashby account. Here's how you do it:

Step 1: Navigate to API Keys

Login to Ashby and navigate to API Keys. This can be found by clicking:

1. Admin
2. Integrations
3. API Keys

Step 2: Create a New API Key

1. Click New to start creating a new API Key
2. Give your API Key a name such as Hirechain
3. Click Create API Key

Step 3: Select API Scopes

Select the following API Scopes:

• Candidates: Read All and Write
• API Keys: Read All and Write

Step 4: Save and Share

1. Click Save and Continue
2. Copy the supplied API Key to your clipboard
3. Send the API Key to your Hirechain Account Manager who will complete the integration for you
