Terms and conditions for the $100 interview bonus promotion
Submit a new referral who completes their interview, earn $100. One-time bonus per referrer.
Eligibility window
- Existing referrers: Submit within the next 30 days (countdown displayed on your Dashboard)
- New referrers: Submit within 30 days of account approval
Interview can happen anytime after submission.
To qualify
- Candidate must attend the full interview (no-shows don't count)
- Referral must be submitted during your eligibility window
Payment
- Payment created automatically when referral qualifies
- Paid within 7 days
You won't get the bonus if
- Candidate cancels or no-shows
- Your account is suspended or violates terms
