Make your job board feel like a natural extension of your brand with custom branding, your own domain, and personalized styling.
Domain Setup
Custom Domain
You can host your job board on your own domain or subdomain, such as:
jobs.yourorganization.comcareers.yourorganization.comyourorganization.com/jobs
Contact Hirechain to set up your custom domain. We'll provide the DNS records you need to configure.
Default Domain
If you don't set up a custom domain, your job board will be hosted at a Hirechain subdomain (e.g., yourorganization.hirechain.io).
Branding Options
Logo & Identity
Upload your logo to appear on:
- The job board header
- Company invite pages
- Email communications
Description
Add a short description that appears on your job board, explaining what your organization is about. This helps job seekers understand the community behind the jobs.
Social Links
Connect your social media profiles to display on your job board:
- Twitter/X
- Discord
- Telegram
- Website
Styling Options
Colors
Customize the color scheme to match your brand:
- Primary color (buttons, links)
- Header background
- Accent colors
Layout
Configure how jobs are displayed:
- Featured companies section
- Filter options (location, department, company)
- Sort order (most relevant, newest, etc.)
Social Sharing
Open Graph Images
When your job board is shared on social media, you can customize the preview image that appears. This is called an Open Graph (OG) image.
Options include:
- Default - Hirechain's standard OG image
- Custom - Upload your own image (recommended size: 1200x630px)
- Dynamic - Auto-generated images with your branding

Job Board Features
Candidate Submission
Your job board can include a call-to-action for candidates who don't find a suitable role:
"Can't find the perfect role? Let Hirechain find it for you."
Candidates can submit their profile and be matched with relevant opportunities.
Company Sidebar
Display a "Curated by [Your Organization]" badge with your description and links, reinforcing your brand throughout the job board.
Requesting Changes
To make customization changes:
- Log into your Job Board Portal
- Go to the Customize tab
- Make your changes and save
