The Job Board Portal is your central hub for managing your job board. Access it at app.hirechain.io/login.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll see your dashboard with key metrics and quick actions:
Key Metrics
- Jobs - Total number of active jobs on your job board
- Companies - Number of companies connected to your job board
Quick Actions
- Your Job Board - Direct link to your public job board that you can share with your community
- Your Invite Link - Unique link for inviting companies to join your job board
Main Features
Companies Tab
View and manage all companies connected to your job board:
- See company status (pending approval, active, removed)
- Approve or reject new company applications
- Remove companies and their jobs instantly
- View each company's job count
Customize Tab
Configure your job board's appearance and branding:
- Upload your logo
- Set your name and description
- Configure social media links
- Customize colors and styling
Job Board Link
Access your live job board directly from the dashboard. Share this link:
- On your website
- In newsletters and announcements
- On social media
- With your community
Access & Permissions
Currently, the Job Board Portal uses a single admin account with full access to all features. This account is accessed via email and password.
Contact Hirechain if you need to add additional team members or change your admin credentials.
