General
What control do I have over which companies join my job board?
You have full control. You choose who to share the invite link with, and all companies require your approval before their jobs appear. You can also remove companies and their jobs instantly from your dashboard at any time.
How quickly can I remove a company if needed?
Instantly. From your Job Board Portal dashboard, you can remove a company and all their jobs will be taken down immediately.
Who has admin access and how is this managed?
Currently, each job board has a single admin account with full access to all features. This account is accessed via email and password. Contact Hirechain if you need to change credentials or discuss multi-user access.
Can I have multiple admins?
Not yet, but this is on our roadmap. Contact Hirechain if you have a specific need for multiple admin accounts.
Business & Costs
What does the job board cost?
Hirechain job boards are provided free of charge to partners. There are no setup fees, monthly costs, or per-job charges.
What commitment is required?
There's no minimum commitment. You can start small and grow your job board organically as more companies from your network join.
What happens if we discontinue the partnership?
If you decide to end the partnership, your job board will be shut down and will no longer be available. All company and job data associated with your job board will be removed.
Companies & Jobs
How do companies get their jobs on my board?
Companies sign up via your invite link, get approved by you, then connect their careers page or ATS. Hirechain automatically syncs their jobs to your board - no manual entry required.
What if a company posts inappropriate jobs?
You can remove any company instantly from your dashboard. Their jobs will be removed immediately. For individual job issues, contact Hirechain support.
Can I control which jobs appear (not just which companies)?
Currently, curation is at the company level. All jobs from approved companies will appear. Contact Hirechain if you need more granular job-level control.
How often do jobs sync?
Jobs sync automatically on a regular schedule (typically every few hours). New jobs appear quickly, and closed jobs are removed automatically.
Technical & Setup
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can set up a custom domain like jobs.yourorganization.com. Contact Hirechain to configure this.
Can I customize the look and feel?
Yes. You can customize your logo, colors, description, and social links from your Job Board Portal. For advanced customization, contact Hirechain.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage the job board?
No. The Job Board Portal is designed to be user-friendly. All management tasks (approving companies, viewing analytics, etc.) can be done through the web interface.
Data & Privacy
What data can I access?
You can see aggregate metrics including number of jobs, companies, and job board visitors. You do not have access to individual candidate or application data.
What happens to candidate data?
Candidates who apply through your job board can:
- Withdraw their applications
- Opt out of Hirechain
- Request their data from Hirechain
- Request Hirechain delete their data
All data handling complies with applicable privacy regulations.
Is candidate data shared with my organization?
No. Candidate data goes directly to the companies they apply to. Your organization does not have access to individual candidate information.
